All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed through encrypted, trusted gateways. Lexie Jordan Jewelry does not store your card information.

4. Orders & Availability

Each order is subject to acceptance and availability. In rare cases where an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the U.S. and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on destination and item availability. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Gift cards and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
