Refund/Return Policy

 At Peptide Lifestyle, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.



Returns

To maintain product safety and hygiene, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

To request a return, email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

If your item was not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.



Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from the package

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.



Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items

  • Peptide vials that have been removed from cold chain packaging

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital downloads



Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
